based in Wheaton Illinois, has retained CTA Public Relations for a national
media relations program to support its upcoming exchange traded fund (ETF)
product offerings. PowerShares expects to launch the "PowerShares WilderHill
Clean Energy Portfolio," along with six "investment style" ETFs at the bell
ringing ceremony on the American Stock Exchange on Thursday, March 3rd, 2005.
PowerShares' clean energy portfolio will mirror the components of the
WilderHill Clean Energy Index, published on the American Stock Exchange. This
is a modified equal-weighted index comprised of companies whose businesses
stand to benefit substantially from the transition toward the use of cleaner
energy and conservation. The index was created by, and is a trademark of,
WilderShares, LLC.
PowerShares' six "investment style" portfolios will replicate the American
Stock Exchanges' style indexes, Intellidexes(SM). These are intelligent
