New Turnkey Financing Includes Equipment, Land and Building

    WILTON, Conn., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Startech Environmental
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: STHK), a fully reporting company, announced
today that it has received its letter from an eminent, global, financial
services company to provide "turnkey" financing to credit worthy Startech
Plasma Converter customers.  The "turnkey" financing, which includes a
combined financing package for equipment as well as land and building, is now
available for Startech projects in North America and the U.K.  The letter also
says that the financing might be extended later this year to Startech
customers within the European Union as well.
