Kaman Board of Directors Declares Dividend
 
    BLOOMFIELD, Conn., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- (Nasdaq: KAMN) -- The
Kaman Corporation board of directors yesterday declared a regular quarterly
dividend of 12.5 cents per share on shares of Kaman common stock. The dividend
will be paid on April 10, 2006 to shareholders of record on March 27, 2006.
    Kaman Corp. conducts business in the aerospace, industrial distribution
and music markets.
