has entered into an agreement with Medestea International of Italy to be the
exclusive United States distributor of the company's product, Cellasene(TM) in
all channels of distribution. In addition, Rexall Sundown also has the
exclusive rights for Cellasene in a number of select foreign markets.
Cellasene is a dietary supplement formulated for women to help eliminate
cellulite.
