Security to Discuss Public/Private Partnership Required to Secure the Nation's
Critical Infrastructure
SUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- ArcSight, Inc., the leading
provider of enterprise security management software, announced today that a
panel of leading network security experts will convene in San Francisco during
the RSA Conference 2004 to discuss the progress of the Cyber Security
Information Sharing Project (CSISP). CSISP, a joint project founded in 2003
between ArcSight and the CERT Coordination Center (CERT/CC), is one of the
first public/private security initiatives demanded by the White House's
Strategy to Secure Cyberspace.
CERT/CC Director Rich Pethia will be joined by executives from ArcSight,
Unisys and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. They will be discussing
the increasingly sophisticated threats that the federal government and
enterprises face from cyberterrorism and network security attacks and how
automated security information sharing between many organizations can improve

In a separate session, ArcSight founder and CTO Hugh Njemanze will present
