Intervoice Announces Participation at Upcoming Investment Conferences; Company to Present at Raymond James and Wedbush Morgan Conferences

upcoming participation in two investment conferences.  The Company will
participate in the upcoming 25th Annual Raymond James Institutional Investors
Conference on March 2, 2004 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel in

Annual Wedbush Morgan Securities Software Conference being held on March 4 at

    The four-day Raymond James conference, being held February 29 - March 4,
