Simpson Industries Announces Quarterly Dividend
 
    PLYMOUTH, Mich., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Simpson Industries, Inc.
(Nasdaq: SMPS) announces that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly
dividend in the amount of $.10 per share.  The dividend is payable March 25,
1999 to shareholders of record on March 4, 1999.
