President. He will also continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Bethers, who joined the Company in July 2003 as Chief Financial
Officer, will now assume day-to-day responsibility for all business
operations, including leadership of the Company's US retail business and

will continue to include finance, accounting, planning, and analysis.
