Ramsay Youth Services, Inc. Announces the Opening of a Specialized Juvenile Justice Program in Florida

    CORAL GABLES, Fla., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Ramsay Youth Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: RYOU) announced today the opening of the
Milton Girls Juvenile Residential Facility, a 60-bed moderate risk residential
treatment program serving female juvenile offenders ages 13 to 18 requiring
intensive mental health services.  Ramsay will operate the Milton Girls
Juvenile Residential Facility under contract with the Florida Department of
Juvenile Justice.  The contract has a term of 3 years with a renewal provision
for another 2 years.  This program is expected to generate $2.7 million in
annual revenues.
    Commenting on the opening of the new girls facility, Luis E. Lamela,
