Cheeseman will speak at 2 p.m. (EST) at the Raymond James & Associates 23rd
Annual Institutional Investor Conference on March 4, 2002.  This event will
take place at The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida.
    Cheeseman will give a presentation providing an overview of the company
and an update on the status of the medical professional liability and workers'
compensation insurance sectors from his perspective.  A question and answer
session will follow the presentation. This event will be broadcast live on the
