president and chief executive officer, Paul Berberian, will present to the
investment community at the 23rd Annual Raymond James Financial Institutional
Investors Conference. The formal presentation will highlight Raindance's

As previously announced, Raindance has increased its full year revenue
guidance for 2002 to $55 to $57 million from $53 to $55 million, an estimated
growth of at least 40% over 2001 revenue. The company expects revenue in the
first quarter of 2002 to be between $13.0 million and $13.5 million. In
addition, Raindance is projecting to end 2002 EBITDA positive by approximately
$5 million, excluding stock-based compensation and other charges, although it
currently expects to report net losses for 2002.
