    MIDLAND, Texas, Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Basic Energy
Services, Inc. (NYSE: BAS) announced today that the Company will be
presenting at the Raymond James & Associates 29th Annual Institutional
Investors Conference to be held in Orlando, Florida on March 3 - 5, 2008.

    Ken Huseman, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, is
scheduled to present on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at 11:35 a.m. Eastern
Time. The presentation will be broadcast live online in the Investor
