Visteon Leaders to Participate in Key Industry Panels at SAE

panels at this year's Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) World Congress.

    Monday, March 3, 2003
    4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
    Jim Orchard, president, North America/Asia, Visteon, will participate in a
panel discussion titled "17 Million Vehicles Sold - Where's the Profit?"
Orchard will discuss ways to improve the value chain by forming collaborative
relationships throughout the supply chain.
    Orchard joins a panel hosted by Ron Harbour, president, Harbour &
Associates, which will discuss how this new business model will lead to
improved profits.  The panel also includes executives from other Tier I
automotive suppliers.

    Wednesday, March 5
    10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
    Gary Mayo, director of Corporate Social Responsibility, Visteon, will
participate in a panel discussion titled "Steering the Auto Industry Toward
Sustainable Development - A Challenge We All Need to Understand."  The panel,
moderated by Dr. David E. Cole, president, Altarum, will cover the impact of
legislative acts on global market strategies, balancing business strategies
with global sustainability issues and the European Union Directive on End of
Life Vehicles.  The panel also includes executives from other Tier I
automotive suppliers.

    The panels will be held at the Technology Theater located in the center of
the show floor at Cobo Hall in Detroit, Michigan.
