U.S. Cellular and TDS Telecom to Present at the Raymond James & Associates Institutional Investors Conference

    CHICAGO, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United States Cellular
Corporation (Amex: USM) the nation's eighth largest wireless service carrier,
and TDS Telecom, a telecommunications subsidiary of Telephone and Data
Systems, Inc. (Amex: TDS), will be presenting in separate sessions at the
Raymond James & Associates 24th Annual Institutional Investors Conference in
Orlando, Florida, on March 3 and March 4, 2003.
    John E. Rooney, president and chief executive officer and Kenneth R.
Meyers, executive vice president - Finance (chief financial officer) of U.S.
Cellular, will be presenting at 8:05 a.m. Eastern on Monday, March 3, 2003.
LeRoy T. Carlson, Jr., president and chief executive officer and Sandra L.
Helton, executive vice president and chief financial officer of TDS will be
presenting on Tuesday, March 4, 2003, at 4:25 pm Eastern.  In addition, Mark
A. Steinkrauss, vice president - Corporate Relations of TDS will also be at
the conference.
