GSE Systems Announces That Joseph W. Lewis Has Joined the Board of Directors

announced that Joseph W. Lewis has been elected to the board of directors.
    Mr. Lewis has been responsible for some of the most innovative growth
strategies in the controls and automation industry as former Executive Vice
President for the Control Group of Johnson Controls.  In this capacity, he was
responsible for over $3 billion in revenue worldwide and led their successful
venture into the services and performance contracting business.
    Mr. Lewis received a BS in mechanical engineering and an Executive MBA,
both from the University of Minnesota.
