Distribution Agreement Gives Integrators and Resellers Broader Access to
Printronix's Award-Winning RFID Solutions and Consulting Services

has entered into a North and South American distribution agreement with
ScanSource Inc., (Nasdaq: SCSC), a leading international value-added
distributor of specialty technology products. Under the agreement, ScanSource
will serve as a distributor of Printronix's radio frequency identification
(RFID) Smart(TM) solutions, including the RFID SmartLine printer family,
thermal transfer and direct thermal printers, consumables and service packs,
as well as RFID and Auto-ID consulting services.
