Company Announces 5-Year Agreement to Provide Business Processing Services To
                               United Airlines

    DALLAS, March 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SOURCECORP (Nasdaq: SRCP), a
leading provider of business processing solutions, has signed a five-year
contract with United Airlines to support the organization's Passenger Revenue
Accounting Division.  Since the signing of the contract, SOURCECORP has fully
implemented and is currently in production with the system.
    SOURCECORP developed a comprehensive, tailored solution for paper ticket
lift processing providing for mailroom processing, scanning, OCR and data
capture, and a hosted image retrieval solution utilizing its proprietary
