CONMED Corporation (Nasdaq: CNMD) announced today that its Annual Meeting of
Shareholders will be held at the Company's Corporate Offices, 525 French Road,
Utica, NY 13502 on Tuesday, May 20, 2003 at 3:30 P.M. (New York Time).
Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2003 shall be
entitled to vote at the 2003 Annual Meeting.
