Inc. (Nasdaq: WWIN), a regional, non-hazardous solid waste services
company, announced that it has acquired American Disposal Services, LLC.
which is a commercial and industrial hauling service provider in
Hendersonville, Tennessee. This acquisition will be a tuck-in to our
existing Nashville, Tennessee operation and is projected to generate
approximately $3.0 million in annualized hauling revenues.
Ven Poole, Vice President, Corporate Development, stated, "We are
pleased that the owners of American Disposal chose to sell their business
to Waste Industries. This addition to our Nashville operation will improve
our route density while adding no significant SG&A expense."
