Health Fitness Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: HFIT.OB) has hired Geri
Martin as vice president of marketing. Martin will direct all marketing,
market research, product development, sales support and new product and
services launches for Health Fitness.

Martin has the right combination of industry experience, management skills and

Martin was formerly Senior Director of Marketing for the National Employer
Division of Express Scripts Inc., the third largest pharmacy benefits
management firm in America. Previously, she held important marketing
positions with Diversified Pharmaceutical Services and SmithKline Beecham, the
company that sold Diversified to Express Scripts in 1999. Earlier in her
career, she served in a variety of marketing and planning roles with
Minneapolis-based Fairview Hospital and Healthcare Services. She has a
Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the
University of St. Thomas.
