CONMED Corporation Sets Annual Meeting Date
 
    UTICA, N.Y., March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CONMED Corporation
(Nasdaq: CNMD) announced today that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be
held at the Company's corporate offices, 525 French Road, Utica, NY 13502 on
Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at 3:30 P.M. (New York Time).  Shareholders of record at
the close of business on March 31, 2004 shall be entitled to vote at the 2004
Annual Meeting.
