Developer Showdown, in search of the most fun and innovative new downloadable
games. The grand prize winner will receive $100,000 in prize money and will
be a featured game in RealOne(TM) Arcade. Two runner-up winners will each be
awarded $25,000. All entrants will have an opportunity to have their game
distributed through RealOne Arcade. For game developers and publishers,

The RealOne Arcade Game Developer Showdown will open for entries on
July 1, 2003, ending on July 31, 2003. All entries will be judged by a panel

much fun the game is to play, ease of use, production quality, stability of
play, and smallest download size. Each developer may submit only one game and
will retain ownership rights to their game. Winners will be announced near
