HORSHAM, Pa., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp.
(GMACCM) has arranged $14,000,000 in permanent direct financing for a Perth
Amboy, New Jersey freezer warehouse.
Located at 536 and 544 Fayette Street in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, the
facility is the corporate headquarters and freezer warehouse for Preferred
Freezer Services. Comprising 252,621 square feet, the complex is situated on
8.48 acres. The borrower, JRJ Development Partnership, received an 8.90%
fixed-rate permanent direct loan with an amortization of 25 years.
GMACCM Vice President John McLeod of the Miami, Florida office arranged
the transaction, which is the fifth transaction that the Miami office has
closed with Preferred Freezer Services.
