Express Scripts Contributes $160,000 to Red Cross for Tsunami Relief

    ST. LOUIS, March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In less than one month, 813
employees of Express Scripts (Nasdaq: ESRX) raised $80,437 in donations to
support Red Cross tsunami relief efforts. Express Scripts is matching employee
donations dollar-for-dollar for a total of $160,874.
    The donations were raised at 13 Express Scripts locations in the U.S. and
Canada. Some locations held special "Dollars for Denim" days, where employees
making donations could wear casual clothes to work. The donations will be
given to the American Red Cross and Canadian Red Cross, with $150,004 going to
the American Red Cross, and $9,870 going to the Canadian Red Cross.
    "I appreciated the opportunity to contribute to the tsunami relief
efforts, which included a matching donation from Express Scripts," said Judy
Mercille, contract administrator at Express Scripts' St. Louis, headquarters.
"The need is great and will continue for a long time."
