Rearden Commerce Appoints Founder of Travelocity to Board of Directors

 Industry Luminary, Terry Jones, Helping Chart Company's Next Phase of Growth

    SAN MATEO, Calif., March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Rearden Commerce, the largest

of Terrell Jones, founder of Travelocity and former CIO of Sabre Holdings, to
its Board of Directors effective March 7, 2006.  A 30-year travel and IT
industry veteran, Jones previously served on the Rearden Commerce Advisory
Board.

    Jones founded Travelocity in 1996 and served as president and CEO until
May 2002. Prior to starting Travelocity, Jones spent 24 years at American
Airlines and Sabre Holdings where he held a variety of executive positions. At
the end of his tenure at Sabre Holdings he held the position of CIO. Jones
began his travel career as a travel agent in Chicago later moving to the
technical world with Agency Data Systems, a Florida-based mini-computer
accounting systems company that was acquired by American Airlines. Jones is
currently the managing principal of Essential Ideas, a consultancy that
assists companies in transitioning to the digital economy. He is an
experienced board member having served on the boards of Entrust, Inc.,
Overture Services, La Quinta Corporation, and Vendare Media Corp. Jones
currently serves on the board of EarthLink, Inc. and is chairman of Kayak.com.
