its Memory Repair systems used in the production of memory chips.
According to Nino Federico, V.P. and General Manager for the company's
Laser Systems Group, "We are pleased that our second new customer in as many
months has qualified and selected our Memory Repair systems. Our trials are
proving successful and we are seeing incremental new business from these
qualifications."
