CHICAGO, March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Burns International Services Corporation
(NYSE: BOR) today announced that its subsidiary, Globe Aviation Services, was
awarded a multi-year contract from American Airlines to provide services at
the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, effective April 10, 2000. It is a multimillion
dollar contract with several hundred Globe employees providing preboard
security screening and baggage services. American Airlines is Globe's largest
customer and this contract extends the five year relationship with American at
the Dallas/Fort Worth airport.
Globe Aviation provides security and human resource services at
approximately 75 airports in the U.S. These services include predeparture
screening, baggage and skycap services, and cargo services.
