Corporation (NYSE: CRE) today announced that the Building Owners and Managers
Association (BOMA) has awarded 1201 F Street The Office Building of the Year
(TOBY) Award in the 100,000 to 249,999 square foot category for the Middle
Atlantic Region. In June 2003, the building was awarded a local TOBY award,
enabling it to advance to the regional competition. 1201 F Street will now
advance to the BOMA International competition.

The TOBY Award program was established by BOMA in 1985 to honor those
excelling in office building management. Judging is based upon an on-site
building tour and inspection that includes scoring in the following
categories: building standards, community impact, tenant-employee relations,
energy management, systems and procedures, building accessibility, emergency
evacuation procedures, training for building personnel and physical
attributes.
Completed in 2000, 1201 F Street is a 12-story, 227,000 square foot Class
A office building that features a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of
Washington, a fitness center with spacious and well-appointed locker rooms,
and marble and mahogany finishes in the lobby and restrooms. The property is
located directly across the street from the Metro Center subway station and
houses Oceanaire Seafood Room. 1201 F Street is owned by a joint venture
