CSG to Continue as Exclusive Billing and Customer Care Solutions Provider
in New Agreement to Bright House Tampa, Fla. and Livonia, Mich. Divisions
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CSG Systems

solutions, today announced that it has extended its agreement with Bright
House Networks to provide exclusive customer care and billing support to its
Tampa, Fla. and Livonia, Mich. divisions.

In the extended agreement, CSG will continue to deliver its outsourced
customer care and billing platform -- and numerous other complimentary
products and services, including the CSG(R) Care Express and CSG (R) Workforce
Express solutions -- to support 1.1 million subscribers across the two Bright
House Networks properties. Bright House Networks also will continue to
leverage several CSG solutions that are pre-integrated with billing, including
collections, customer interaction tracking and other tools.
Under the extended agreement, CSG also will continue to provide print and
mail services for the Bright House divisions.
Bright House also will extend its use of CSG Workforce Express to two new
regions.
