garnered more than 20 awards from several industry media outlets worldwide
during the fourth quarter 2005.  For the year, APC's products captured

    During the fourth quarter, APC's InfraStruXure(TM) received a Frost &
Sullivan European Excellence in Energy "Product of the Year" award.  This
award honors companies that demonstrate best practices in their industry and
commends the diligence, commitment, and innovative business strategies
required to advance in the global marketplace.
    Numerous publications worldwide recognized InfraStruXure throughout the
quarter as a compelling solution for a variety of enterprise applications.
For example, France's Dialogues recognized InfraStruXure as "Technology
Innovation of the Year."  Additionally, InfraStruXure high density received a
"Power Product of the Year 2005" award from the U.K.'s Nexus Media.  The
Financial Post, one of Kenya's leading business weeklies, also named
InfraStruXure the "Best of Breed" in the UPS category.  Also, Kenya's Business
Post awarded its Editor's Choice 2005 award to InfraStruXure solution for its
