Planet 411 and Netscape Announce Agreement to Use Netscape Software to Build Virtual Cities E-Commerce Sites

agreement that will enable Planet 411, an emerging Internet company, to
deliver e-commerce services for its Virtual Cities sites located at

    Netscape is working with Planet 411 to capitalize on the growing
opportunity to supply easy-to-adopt e-commerce solutions for small businesses
and consumers. Planet 411 is using Netscape(R) MerchantXpert solution, a
packaged-application for e-commerce, to provide business to consumer selling
for Planet 411's Virtual Cities on the Internet. Watco, the e-business people,
will assist Planet 411 as they build out these Virtual Cities and e-commerce
