TACOMA, Wash., March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Columbia Bank
announced the hiring of Kevin Conklin and David Adams. The two will form a
Builder Banking Group based in Auburn and serving the King, Snohomish and
Skagit county area. Conklin, a builder banker, joins Columbia as a Senior
Vice President of Builder Banking and Adams joins as an Assistant
Relationship Manager.

Kevin Conklin has over 9 years of banking experience and joins Columbia
Bank from RBC, where he was a Director of Loan Production at RBC Builder
Finance's Bellevue Office, which he opened. He is a graduate of Eastern
Washington University with Degrees in Finance and Marketing. He is a member
of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish County. He is also
an active participant and contributor to the Marsha Rivkin Center, which
works to fight Ovarian Cancer. He lives in Maple Valley with his wife and 2
daughters.
David Adams has 4 years of banking experience and also joins Columbia
Bank from RBC, where he was a Senior Loan Production Associate. He is a
graduate of Northern Arizona University with a BSBA in Finance and Computer
Information Systems. He is active in his church and lives in Kirkland with
his wife.
