Motorola V557, V280, V1050 and V1150, and compelling applications and

    Motorola's latest VGA, one, two and three mega-pixel camera-enabled
handsets possess a variety of connectivity options to create and share
experiences with still photos, action-packed videos and more.  The portfolio

        EDGE (Enhanced Data Global Evolution)* technology is the Motorola
        V557.  This sleek clamshell device delivers a compelling create and
        share experience with a twist. The Motorola V557 will be the first
        handset to debut SCREEN3* technology solution, Motorola's new personal
        mobile portal service, providing uninterrupted access to information,
        entertainment and more. A Push-to-Talk over Cellular ("PoC")** version
        of the V557 will be available in the near future.

     -- Leveraging the elegant look and feel of the SLVR family, the new
        Motorola SLVR V280 offers an array of tools for self-expression at an
        affordable price, including a VGA digital camera with 4x zoom, video

     -- Creating a mobile cinema experience, the new 3G Motorola V1050
        (showcased this week at CeBit in Hannover) offers the ability to view
