With over 3.6 million uniques at launch, GlamLiving has more than twice
the reach of Martha Stewart's recently announced vertical network Martha's
Circle. According to comScore Media Metrix, Glam Media (in total) reaches
29 million uniques in the U.S. and 44 million uniques globally. The
GlamLiving channel on Glam.com, meshes premium traditional media content,
quality indie publisher and curated content from Living sites within the
Glam network. Glam Media's distributed media network now features six
separate channels: Style, Fashion, Beauty and Shopping, Living,
Entertainment and Wellness. Each channel offers a distinctive blend of
original editorial, syndicated and media partner content created by
trendsetting insiders and experts.

"101Cookbooks is excited to be part of Glam Media's network alongside
other high-quality, like-minded sites," said Heidi Swanson, creator of
101Cookbooks. "Being aligned with premium publishers enables us to go out
to advertisers as a unique, respected, and broad-reaching force."

"The premium Living sites and sought-after publishers in our network
offer brand advertisers both incomparable reach and the right environment,"
said Joe Lagani, VP and GM of GlamLiving, and former publisher for House &
Garden. "Glam's distributed media network and GlamLiving channel enable
brands to reach one of the largest premium Living audiences on the Web."

As Glam Media's largest initiative to date outside of the Style,
GlamLiving brings together fresh and relevant food, design, entertaining,
and travel content. Erika Lenkert, editorial director and curator for
GlamLiving, has written and edited extensively for publications including:
In Style; Travel & Leisure; Every Day with Rachael Ray, Food & Wine, Los
Angeles Magazine and Frommer's. Lenkert's latest book, The Real Deal Guide
to Pregnancy, has just been published. In addition to hiring Joe Lagani
from Conde Nast to run GlamLiving, Glam also recently hired Alison Kennedy
from Scripps Networks to run GlamLiving advertising sales.

The GlamLiving channel is part of Glam Media's distributed media
network- connecting branded display advertisers with the online audiences
of 450+ sites in the Glam Publisher Network. Glam Media provides media
services -- display and video advertising, content syndication,
advertorials, search and other application services -- to its premium
network of publishers and via managed vertical networks for traditional
media magazines and companies including Lifetime Television. Glam's network
has helped hundreds of publishers build their businesses by helping them
focus on what they love doing the most- creating original content and

helps support and leverage the publishers' power for advertisers worldwide.
