CLEVELAND, March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Noveon, Inc. announced that it
implemented a temporary 5% surcharge for all emulsions, resin-based products
and auxiliaries. These price increases impact the paints and coatings, paper,
nonwovens, textiles, adhesives and graphic arts product lines. This price
surcharge takes effect for all new orders placed on or after March 12, 2003.
The company cites rapidly escalating costs in raw materials, and record-high
costs in transportation and energy.
