NGAS Resources Announces 2004 Earnings Call on March 16, 2005

    LEXINGTON, Ky., March 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NGAS RESOURCES, INC.
(Nasdaq: NGAS) today announced that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer,
William S. Daugherty, and Chief Financial Officer, Michael P. Windisch, will
hold a conference call to discuss earning results for the fiscal year ended
December 31, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, March 16, 2005.
