Hotels.com Extends Its Bill Me Later Promotion Letting Travelers Book Now and Pay Later

     Bill Me Later(R) Payment Option for Bookings Made by March 31, 2004
               Lets Customers Enjoy No Payments Until June 2004

    DALLAS, March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hotels.com, the largest
specialized provider of discount lodging worldwide, announced today it is
extending its Bill Me Later* 90-Days Promotion Option.  This powerful new
payment choice enables travelers booking accommodations now through March 31,
2004 to defer payment until June 2004.  Qualified travelers who choose the
Bill Me Later payment option for reservations of $350 or more can defer
payment without interest charges until June 2004.

success.  We see this as an excellent alternative to credit cards which is
helping to drive business from customers who would not use credit cards
online.  Our customers have shown great interest in Bill Me Later as a payment

customers need do is simply select the Bill Me Later payment option when
