American Target Advertising Names Matt Waters New Vice President of Client Development

MANASSAS, Va., March 17 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- American Target
Advertising (ATA), Inc. announced that Matt Waters has been hired as Vice
President of Client Development, a new position for the company.

Mr. Waters' primary function will be the development of new business
proposals and contracts. Additionally, Waters will manage several accounts,
as well as oversee the production staff and account representatives, and he
will be responsible for the profitability of all accounts managed.

"We are pleased Matt joined our team. He fundamentally understands the
internal needs and desires of non-profit organizations and our advertising
agency. This blend will serve our clients well," said Kathleen Patten,
president and CEO of ATA.

Richard A. Viguerie, founder and chairman of ATA, said, "Matt has a 15
year history working in, and for, the conservative movement as a
development professional. We anticipate his experience will translate into
immediate benefits for our agency."

Prior to joining ATA, Matt served as Vice President of Development at a
faith-based organization for eight years, where he raised over $25 million
and was consistently responsible for generating over 75 percent of the
revenue utilizing direct response mail and Internet advertising.

"Sen. John Warner once derisively referred to Mr. Viguerie's agency as,
'the four walls of the most powerful money-raising machine in America
today,' and I couldn't be more thrilled to be here," said Waters.

Headquartered in Manassas, Virginia, American Target Advertising (ATA)
and its predecessor agencies have been providing high-level fundraising
services to non-profit organizations seeking to broaden public awareness of
their mission since 1965. Specializing in direct response marketing
utilizing mail and Internet solutions to meet the needs of political and
charitable clients, ATA has raised an estimated total of $2 billion for its
clients.
