CLEVELAND, March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Todd Nelson and Tim Fahey have been
promoted to key management positions at Noveon, Inc.

Fahey has been named Global Business Director, Static Control. One of
Noveon's key growth businesses, Static Control is a leading producer of
permanent static control polymers for electronic applications and has
operations in Twinsburg, Ohio and Seremban, Malaysia.
Nelson has been named Vice President, Global Information Technology.
Formerly Global Business Manager, Static Control, Fahey has led this
business since its inception in 1996. He joined BFGoodrich (Noveon is the
former BFGoodrich Performance Materials Segment) in 1989, first leading the
development of Stat-Rite(R) additive technology and subsequently becoming
Senior R&D Manager of the Estane(R) TPU Division. Prior to joining
BFGoodrich, Fahey served as R&D Manager of Lonza's plastic additives business
and held several technology management positions at Raychem and Diamond
Shamrock. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Macromolecular Science from Case
Western Reserve University.
Formerly Director, Business Systems and Global Information Technology
Leader, Nelson joined BFGoodrich in 1998 and subsequently has provided IT
leadership as Noveon became an independent company on February 28, 2001,
developed a global approach to IT management and implemented various systems
and processes to control costs and improve effectiveness. Previously, Nelson
served as principal consultant with Price Waterhouse for five years and has
more than 18 years experience in deploying information systems in a variety of
capacities. He has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Rochester Institute of
Technology and an MBA from St. Bonaventure University.
