Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 
    IRVING, Texas, March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors
of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash
dividend of six cents per share on common stock to shareholders of record
April 1, 2005.  The dividend will be paid April 15, 2005.
    This is the 162nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial
Metals Company.
