aaiPharma Inc. (Nasdaq: AAII) announced today that it will host a web cast
at 11:45 am (EST) today to discuss the content recently posted to our web site
regarding the historical performance of certain of our pharmaceutical
products. The broadcast will be hosted on the Company's web site located at

The Company also reaffirmed its financial guidance for the first quarter
and full year 2003. For the first quarter of 2003, the Company expects
revenues of between $62 and $65 million and earnings per diluted share of
between $0.23 and $0.25. The Company continues to expect full year 2003
revenues and earnings per diluted share to be between $280 million and
$290 million, and between $1.11 and $1.17 per share, respectively.
In addition, the Company has moved forward its 2003 first quarter
conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet on Tuesday,
April 22, 2003 at 8:00 a.m. (EST). The broadcast will be hosted on the

first quarter 2003 results after the close of the market on Monday,
April 21, 2003.
