GN Netcom has chosen RTX Telecom as a preferred development partner for the
next generation of wireless Bluetooth hands-free solutions. The agreement is a
milestone for both RTX Telecom and GN Netcom in delivering world class
products within Bluetooth wireless technology and hands-free solutions.

    GN Netcom launched its first generation wireless Bluetooth headset in
September, 2000 and is now further enhancing its world leading position in
wireless hands-free communication, leveraging RTX Telecom's unique knowledge
of Bluetooth wireless technology.
