CHICAGO, March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Burns International Services Corporation
(NYSE: BOR) today named James F. McNulty III vice president, sales and
marketing, effective immediately. He will be responsible for corporate-wide
sales and marketing operations and will report to John A. Edwardson, chairman
and chief executive officer. In addition, Mr. McNulty will continue as
president of the company's Total Security Solutions group, with responsibility
for the national accounts program and the company's strategic business
alliances. A Chicago native, he joined the company in 1986, with the
acquisition of The Kane Service, where he served as president.
