Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 
    IRVING, Texas, March 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of
directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly
cash dividend of nine cents per share on common stock to shareholders of
record April 6, 2007. The dividend will be paid April 20, 2007.
    This is the 170th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by
Commercial Metals Company.
