WASHINGTON, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- FOSE 2004 opens tomorrow, March 23,
as 20,000 public sector information technology professionals converge at the
Washington DC Convention Center for the largest technology conference and
exhibition for government. Over 500 companies will be exhibiting, and public
and private sector leaders will deliver major policy addresses. Now in its
28th year, FOSE 2004, which runs from Tuesday - Thursday, March 23 - 25, marks
the first anniversary of the opening of the new Washington DC Convention
Center, just as the annual Cherry Blossom Festival kicks off in our nation's
