  Burger King Corporation Ties in With Scooby-Doo, the World's Most Lovable
              Canine Detective, for His Next Sleuthing Adventure

    MIAMI, Fla., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Scooby-Doo, the most beloved dog in
cartoon history, returns to the big screen with his detective agency pals for
Warner Bros. Pictures' second thrilling movie adventure, and BURGER KING(R)
restaurants will be at the center of the action!

    For five weeks beginning March 22, 2004, participating U.S. BURGER KING(R)
restaurants will feature the "Get A Clue Scooby-Doo" promotion, starring five
themed toys around the classic Scooby-Doo property.  Each high-quality,
uniquely interactive toy showcases the humor of the characters with elements
from the highly anticipated family adventure, "Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters
Unleashed," which opens in theaters nationwide on March 26, 2004.  Each BURGER
KING "Scooby-Doo Get A Clue" toy also includes a mysterious, double-sided
"Clue Card." Using their Clue Cards and Scooby-Doo toys, kids can reveal the
hidden images and puzzle over their own mini-mysteries!  The promotion will be
available in participating restaurants in the U.S., while supplies last.

    About "Scooby-Doo: Monsters Unleashed"
    "Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed," stars Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah
Michelle Gellar, Matthew Lillard and Linda Cardellini, who reprise their roles
from last summer's live action blockbuster comedy hit "Scooby-Doo."  In their
new mystery adventure, the intrepid quartet and their canine co-star are
joined by Seth Green, Peter Boyle and Alicia Silverstone.
    In "Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed," Scooby and the gang confront an
anonymous masked villain who is plotting to take over the city of Coolsville
by wreaking mayhem with a monster machine that creates Mystery Inc.'s classic
