ATLANTA, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Federal
Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (FHLBank Atlanta) has approved an annualized
dividend rate for the first quarter of 5.90 percent, applicable to capital
stock held during the period from Jan. 1, 2007, to March 31, 2007. FHLBank
Atlanta will credit this dividend to members' daily investment accounts at
close of business on April 2, 2007.
