RENO, Nev., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Reno Air, Inc. announced today new
service between Orange County's John Wayne International Airport and
San Francisco International Airport. Effective May 1, the new schedule will
offer five conveniently timed roundtrips each business day. At the same time,
Reno Air will add an additional daily roundtrip between Los Angeles and
San Jose bringing the total number of weekday flights to nine roundtrips.
"We are adding these flights to meet the needs of our business travelers
on the West Coast," said Joanne Smith, Reno Air's senior vice president
-- marketing and planning. "With our seven roundtrip flights from Orange
County to San Jose, and our new San Francisco service, Reno Air will now offer
more flights between Orange County and the Bay Area than any other airline,"
continued Smith.
Reno Air passengers earn a minimum of 500 American Airlines AAdvantage
miles on all Reno Air flights along the West Coast. AAdvantage members can
also earn triple miles on qualifying flights in the following markets:
San Jose - Orange County, San Francisco - Los Angeles, and Los Angeles - San
Jose through May 31, 1999.
