announced today that it has earned three PSA Peugeot Citroen Best Supplier
awards for outstanding achievement in quality, parts and services, and overall
economic performance.

Winning suppliers were determined by overall performance and by meeting
PSA Peugeot Citroen's high standards in the following categories: quality,
innovation, parts and services, and economic performance.
Dana is the only supplier to receive an award in three of the four
categories:
Economic Performance
Dana received the economic performance trophy for cost savings achieved in
2004 and 2005 and projected in 2006 through an outstanding contribution to
value added/value engineered (VA/VE) initiatives that helped reduce costs of
Dana's multilayer plastic fuel line technologies produced in Vitry, France.
Parts and Service
The parts and services trophy was presented to Dana for its exceptional
service in meeting deadlines and order fill targets for service part orders to
dealerships. PSA specifically recognized Dana's Victor Reinz(R) brand sealing
products produced in Neu-Ulm, Germany, for this award.
Quality
Dana was honored with the quality trophy for consistent world-class
quality performance with its thermal acoustic protective shield technology
produced at its Neu-Ulm, Germany, facility. The trophy is awarded to
suppliers who consistently exceed PSA's stringent quality targets.

Dana supplies PSA Peugeot Citroen with a variety of engine components
including fluid products, sealing products, engine bearings, and piston rings.
It also supplies PSA with thermal management/NVH products such as heat
exchangers and heat shields and a range of fluid transfer products including
thermoplastic fuel lines.
