increased prices by 2-5% on its Carbopol(R) and Pemulen(R) polymers in the
personal care and household applications effective April 1, 2003 or as
contracts allow. In addition, Noveon has also increased prices by 5-10% on
its Avalure(R) polymers effective April 1, 2003 or as contracts allow.
